At Daniela Guadiana Couture, every piece is carefully sourced and prepared to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Below you’ll find important information regarding processing and shipping.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During periods of high demand or product restocks, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our quality standards.


Shipping Times

We work with trusted international and domestic shipping partners to deliver your items as efficiently as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking details to update in the system.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer promotions such as complimentary shipping on select orders.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update your order before it is shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues, we recommend contacting your local postal service first.

However, our team is always here to assist you in resolving delivery concerns whenever possible.
